Madrid´s Museo del Traje offers an opportunity to see in 3D its last exhibition, “Extra Moda”, on the birth of the fashion journals in Spain that closed on the 1^st of March with great success.

The exhibition combined for the first time 18^th and 19^th century journals, books and fashion plates with dresses and accessories, such as hats, purses, and other items, offering an insight into the birth and development of fashion illustrations and journals in Spain.

The exhibition, curated by María Prego de Lis and Ana Cabrera Lafuente, the museum librarian and historic fashion curator, was organised by the Museo del Traje and ACE (Acción Cultural Española).
